Crochet Hair Bow- Kawaii and Kim Tia Inspired

Kawaii Crochet Bow Hair Pin! 

Thanks to Kim Tia, I have been getting into crocheting. I am still a novice. I tried to make a cupcake with my bf and it looks like a huge tilting ice cream sunday right now. So after looking at the bow, I realized that this was more simple.

Basically a rectangle was made with a single crochet stitch, about 4 inch by 3 inch.

Then a strip was made that was two rows long. It was wrapped around the rectangle and a button was added in the center. Then everything was sewn together!

Lastly a bobby pin was sewn in on the back!

Kawaii Cupcake from Kimberly Tia of Batyoureyelashes Blog

So I love Tia's kawaii crafts. She is very good and she loves doing it! I bought this little cupcake from her and she even personalized it for me! I asked to have curly frosting on the end and a brown bottom. 

I love the cherry and sprinkles!!!

ohh look a little piece of confetti on the inside! Did I mention that she filled it with candy magnets and confetti? and wrapped it in pretty green confetti tissue paper?

Its so fun! I think I am going to fill mine with something makeup oriented or jewelry.
